Poole-based Telecommunications firm Voip Unlimited has appointed two new recruits to ensure customers continue to receive an ongoing exceptional service.
Recent graduate Matt McMillan joins the Voip Unlimited development team as Junior Developer. His new role will see him support the development team with the planning and building of new projects and the maintenance of existing internal and external systems such as our customer portal.
Speaking of his appointment, Matt said: “I was ecstatic when I was offered the role, I’ve only just graduated as a software engineer from Bournemouth University and am really looking forward to putting everything I’ve learnt into practice.”
Sara Smith joins the provisioning department having had extensive experience in dealing with orders in the manufacturing and retail industries. This stands Sara in good stead for her new role as provisioning assistant.
Sara’s responsibilities include managing online orders and the end to end delivery of services and solutions, provided by the sales team ensuring new connections run smoothly. Sara said: “I’m very excited to have begun this role within Voip Unlimited, there’s a lot for me to learn but I’m looking forward to embracing the challenge in their supportive training environment.”
Voip Unlimited managing director Mark Pillow commented: “We aim to make connectivity solutions as easy as possible for our customers by providing them with a continued exceptional service and we can only do this by selecting the best people to join our dynamic, enthusiastic team. We wish to extend a huge welcome to both Sara and Matt and are delighted they will be making a contribution to this hard-working team.”
