Christmas Opening Hours: Last dates for Orders and Number Ports

We’re getting prepared for Christmas…are you?

Last dates for orders and number ports – the porting freeze

This year’s cut off for new account applications, orders and ports will be 17:30pm on Friday 18th December. Any orders and number ports received after this day will NOT be processed until Monday 4th January.

Any number ports with a lead time ending between the 18th December and the 4th January will NOT be completed during this period. For these orders to be completed before Christmas, the lead time plus the completion time needs to be before Friday the 18th of December.

Christmas Opening Times

We will be closed during the festive period from 12:30pm on Thursday 24th December through to Sunday 3rd January 2016.

Support during that time

Our support team will be monitoring the portal ticketing system during this time, if the query is not urgent it will be dealt with in the new year. Emergency only technical support will be available should this be needed.
